Incident investigation

In the unlikely event that your business suffers an accident or incident, Safety Horizon (South West) can offer an independent and objective view of the root causes and propose corrective actions to avoid a recurrence.

The level of investigation will depend on the potential consequence and the likelihood of the incident happening again.
